About Us

MarCon is a specialized consultancy and software solution provider committed to environmental research and protection. We work with leading environmental agencies in Ireland, the United Kingdom and beyond to provide hydrodynamic modeling solutions for coastal and inland water bodies, estuarine and river projects; and with agriculture and aquaculture growers and producers for a range of environmental impact services.

In close collaboration with our customers, we have designed and developed the user-friendly MarGIS, a management tool that integrates existing numerical models into a GIS framework. The system has been seamlessly integrated into the daily workflows of several Environmental Agencies to save time and money.

MarGIS can be customized to meet a variety of environmental management requirements and to deliver a total solution towards meeting the commitments of European Union Environmental Directives.
